We are thrilled to be a part of Sydney Craft Week for 2023!
As part of Sydney Craft Week (6-15th October), Among the Trees will be hosting a Makers Market, sustainable woodworking workshops for the whole family, and an exhibition of the Offcut Challenge entries.

Our Sydney Craft Week Maker Markets
Saturday 7th 10am-4pm
The Maker Markets out the front will include 8 stalls from local creatives showcasing their handmade products. Come and find bespoke gifts and trinkets while supporting local makers and their sustainable practices.

Craft Week courses
For Sydney Craft Week we’re running the following courses. If you’re looking for a place to try out woodworking, these courses are a perfect place to start!
Reclaimed timber picture framing – Fridays 6 and 13th of October, 6-9pm
Hardwood spatula carving – Saturday 7th of October, 9am-12pm
Hardwood bangle carving – Saturday 7th of October, 1pm-4pm
Hand tool mallet making – Saturday 8th of October, 9am-4pm
Make a hand planed chopping board – Saturday 14th of October, 9am-3pm
Reclaimed timber chopstick making – Sunday 15th of October, 10am-1pm

Offcut Challenge exhibition
For the 3rd Offcut Challenge, entrants had to try and make a scaled model using only offcuts. All works will be on display in the upstairs gallery and voting is open for the peoples choice award, winner receives a $50 ATT Giftcard so be sure to vote for your favourite.
